At CASEHEIST, we sell premium iPhone accessories including cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and related products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
• Original packaging, box, and seals must be intact.
• Products that show signs of use, scratches, dust, or installation marks are not eligible for return.

📍Non-returnable items:
• Screen protectors once installed or seal broken
• Used or damaged iPhone cases
• Chargers, cables, or accessories with usage marks
• Flash Sale / discounted items

💸Refunds
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

🔄Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only if:
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product arrived damaged or defective
Must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery with clear photos/videos.
Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the issue is from our side.
• We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

❌ Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
